1. About the service
LINS IO Resume Builder is a browser-based tool intended to help users enter resume information, choose a template, preview a resume, and export a copy in supported formats. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time.
2. Eligibility and use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass reasonable technical protections, introduce malicious code, or use it to infringe another person's rights.
3. Your content and responsibility

You confirm that you have the right to use the information and images you provide and that you will not knowingly include fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

4. Local saving and exported files
The builder currently uses browser storage to save resume progress locally. Saved data can be lost if you clear browser storage, change devices or browsers, use private browsing, or encounter browser restrictions. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of important resume files.
Exported files are under your control once saved. You are responsible for how you store, transmit, upload, or share them.
5. Intellectual property
The LINS IO name, branding, website design, and original product materials are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying code.
You retain responsibility for the resume content you provide. You may use your exported resume for personal and professional purposes, subject to any third-party rights in content you include.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, its hosting, or other users' data.
- Do not interfere with the availability, security, or normal operation of the service.
- Do not copy or exploit protected branding or content in ways that violate applicable rights.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may load third-party resources or link to external websites. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. LINS IO does not control external sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
8. No employment guarantee
The service is a resume creation tool only. It does not provide a guarantee of employment, interviews, admissions, promotion, or any particular career outcome. Templates and formatting suggestions are provided for convenience and may not meet every employer's, applicant tracking system's, or industry's requirements. You should adapt your resume to the role and check the final export.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or product improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will work with every device, browser, or file.
10. Disclaimer
